Research interior design and home décor trends and how it is applies to lighting > sketch > CAD and render designs > review with team for feedback > revise renderings > survey and select final items to be produced > send to suppliers for factory sampling > collaborate with suppliers to revise samples > release final products January 2025

Behavioral Trends
Individualism increases in popularity with consumers mix and matching styles and aesthetics to create unique, authentic, and expressive environments. Along with this, consumers are being more experimental with the application and playing with proportion through their lighting choices. Consumers are also seeking out affordable way to bring luxury into their homes. Lighting with unique and refines finishes, high end design, and good craftsman ship are desired among these consumers. Sustainability remains a concern as well.
